Grizzly Valley Saddle Club received a Tumbler Ridge Community Forest grant to rebuild their outdoor arena.

“Dear Community Forest Members,

Thank you very much for the grant the Saddle Club received from the Tumbler Ridge Community Forest, it was very much appreciated and put to good use.

With your support, the Saddle Club was able to rebuild the outdoor arena and to celebrate, even hosted a small show, and we were very pleased to host contestants from out of town. It was rewarding to have them say how much they enjoyed their time in Tumbler Ridge and that they would be back!

Our Saddle Club has also had the pleasure of hosting people who travelled to Tumbler Ridge to camp with their horses and enjoy getting out on the trails, we hope to develop this in the future.

Riding lessons continued through the summer and early fall and were so much more enjoyable in the new arena. Thank you again for your support, it has made a world of difference and we appreciate it very much.

Sincerely,

Corrie Bolick, President
Grizzly Valley Saddle Club"
